Claude Skills 360 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, limited license to use the skills and agents included in your purchase on up to 3 devices. This license is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity.

One license per person. You may not use a single license across multiple people, teams, or organizational accounts. Each team member or user must purchase their own license.

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, share, or resell your license key
  • Share your license key with other people, teams, or organizations
  • Sublicense the skills or agents to third parties
  • Publish, distribute, or commercialize the skills or agents from the Claude Skills 360 bundle
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying knowledge from the skills
  • Use the license on more than 3 devices simultaneously

Violation of these restrictions will result in license revocation without refund. We employ automated monitoring and manual audits to detect license sharing.

Claude Skills 360 is an instant digital product. Upon purchase and license key delivery, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or service credits once your license key has been delivered.

We stand behind the quality and comprehensiveness of our skills and agents. However, because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product.

If you experience technical issues with license activation, we will provide support and troubleshooting at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to revoke your license, disable your license key, and terminate your access to Claude Skills 360 if you violate these terms, including but not limited to:

  • License key sharing or redistribution
  • Unauthorized commercial use of the skills
  • Attempting to circumvent license validation
  • Using the license on more than 3 authorized devices

Revocation is permanent and non-refundable.

Claude Skills 360 is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the skills or agents will produce specific results, revenue, efficiency gains, or any particular outcome.

We are not responsible for how you apply the skills, the results you achieve, decisions you make based on the skills, or any consequences arising from your use of Claude Skills 360. You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness and effectiveness of the skills for your specific needs.

Use of the skills is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your purchase at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of Claude Skills 360 after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Claude Skills 360 will be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with proceedings conducted in Dallas, TX.

By purchasing Claude Skills 360, you agree to binding arbitration and waive your right to pursue disputes in court or as part of a class action.
